Our GCM Physical Intervention (Global Conflict Management) Training is a comprehensive two-day course designed to equip staff in children's homes and adult care services with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage challenging situations safely and effectively. This course aligns with the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) Training Standards, ensuring that all training is in line with best practices in restraint reduction and ethical care.

Our Positive Behaviour Course is a fun, engaging, and unique video-based program that incorporates Game Theory and Social Science to provide innovative and interactive learning experiences. This is a one-day course and Covers a wide range of topics including de-escalation, applied behaviour analysis, cultural bias, emotional intelligence, and empathy, the course utilizes dynamic teaching methods to deepen participants’ understanding of Positive Behavior Support (PBS).
